Help me hookup my N64 & PS1 to my LED tv

After doing some reading...

Some Vizio tvs (yours) will not support anything under 420i through RCA (n64 is 240p)
You can up convert via a bluray/VCR that as inputs on the player and then connect the player via RCA/Component/HDMI

I think he knows how to match colors, I think the problem is bigger than that

I'm sayin  . Good looking out to everyone who's posted, but it's definitely not an error in cable-to-color matching, nor is it being on the wrong Input setting. I think I have to buy an RCA adapter, found one that'll run me about $20 on Amazon. But I will try the DVD player attempt before I place an order.

how is this a problem? must be putting them in the wrong hook up's......

once you put your cables in the correct place did u change the input on the tv to match it?

i can hook up all my old systems to all HDTV's in my house ... almost all of them using their OG cables wires, thats with the RF switch & white/yellow/red cables

I still have a dreamcast sitting in a box in my closet. Traded in my n64 for some games for it

i was having the same problem when trying to hook up a N64 to one of my friends tv's where we were getting video but no audio, or vice versa. let us now how it works out OP

I swear there don't have an "input", shouldn't it bet set on channel 3 or 4?

This is the correct answer after looking at some of your tv models I/O
It's labeled "Y/V" on your tv for the yellow.
Then audio red/white goes on the far right.

Select correct input on tv and you should be good to go

Attempted this one last time and it comes up as "Unsupported Mode"

Time to order a RCA converter.

Amazon product ASIN B00B2B9Z20

Any luck?

Even though it was eligible for Prime, the vendor didn't ship until yesterday :smh: ETA's today so I'll know this weekend.

Ah bummer. Sounds good hope it works man.

Finding out that Gamestop.com sells old games has me geeked.

So some bad news, I had my N64 in my parents house and went to dig it out over the weekend. Come to find out, my pop's actually threw it out with the bulk garbage earlier that week.

WOW :smh:

Played Mario 3 and Spider-Man vs carnage on SNES last night with my girl  haven't played SNES in years man
