Repeal the DOT/EPA Car Import Ban: “The 25 Year Rule”

Some later model Caprice's are available in the US, but only for Police/Fleet sales. You can actually find some of them available for private ownership already.
Only '89 r32's are eligible for importation as of yet, next year it will expand to '90 models and so on.

r33's are legal but only 96-98's, 95's wont pass.
Huh, aren't R33s legal cuz of the safety tests MOTOREX was doing before they got shut down?

Yeah, r33's were crash tested by Motorex. Motorex got shut down and many peoples r32 & 34s got confiscated by ICE because Motorex BS'd the paperwork using their r33 crashtest results for the 32s and 34s as well.

As for the 1995 r33's, I think they are ineligible for importation due to ODB system changes that took place in 96.
