40% off at Hot Topic website is still over retail with ship and tax. Was going to finally buy a few more X-Men Pops, but with shipping + tax, I might as well do eBay/Amazon.

Yeah it only works out for me because I ship it to the store which is free. Since I pass by it everyday I can pick it up but if I didnt I would probably go that route too.

I checked out a mom and pop comic book store near me, they had a small display but nothing extravagant but I purchased from them anyway. A couple extra bucks for a local shop vs giving ALL my money to Amazon.

Was able to snatch up a Han Solo and R2-B1 from GS, they had one Flash and one Reverse Flash which I was going to take but the box was a bit bent. These are for sell.

lmao, I only have 15. There's been multiple times I'll have a POP in hand or cart online and then just let it go. Had a couple of the Star Wars ready to go for trade bait only, but I bailed lol. I'm in a couple of those Facebook groups and people on there wild the f out over the simplest trades/offers.

Called a HT this am to check on black suit Storm. Said a dude called 10 mins before I did and had all three put on hold. The rep said the dude was a collector and he always visit this particular location. I'm like, nah, he's a reseller. But he could be buying trade bait, but I doubt it. The rep felt bad about it and found another location that had it, which is my go to spot. Was able to put it on hold.
