Just looked through a long list of pops, and 3 that stuck out to me were Beavis, Butthead, and Sloth...
They're averaging anywhere from 35-40 a piece. CRAZY. I'm gonna have to build slowly.

I think it's a grail for a lot of people but since only 12 exist most folks will never obtain one,think the last one that sold on the Bay was almost 3k

thankfully none of my grails are actually the expensive ones.. they're ones i can get for a relatively good price.

Is it known why they made so few? Is it like a rights issue. 12 seems waaaaay too low. 100 I could understand, but 500-1000 should be the number for these limited ones.

From what I understand they were 12 pre-production ones made and then the design wasn't approved by the people who own the rights to Clockwork Orange so those 12 were given away by Brian(the guy who owns Funko).I could be wrong or missing details but I think that's how the story goes.

They need to revisit that Clockwork Orange situation. Those pops are amazing. So sad there's so few.

Now that I look at it, I guess they could've made it a little better/more accurate:

It's not his hair that is orange, it's the name of the movie. His hair is light brown. And he doesn't have a haircut quite like Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction. And they could've made some other adjustments, like meaner eyes, thicker suspenders and other minor details. Maybe then it would get approved. If they made a version with the mask.

man that good karma is working in my favor. because of the friendships I've made on the Funko Facebook groups one of my buddies GIFTED me Bane!! after I was in a rut and had to sell off my small DC collection I never thought I'd ever get him again for a decent price, let alone free.99!! his box isn't perfect which I knew going in but after receiving it it's not bad at all, I'm not a huge stickler for "perfect boxes". also traded my Iron Throne for Thrillkiller Batman. 2016 is off to a good start already..

yea they gotta be "charged up" natural light works good but if you want a quick charge I just hold it up to my room light. the light from the iPhone camera work good too.

The Alex from Clockwork Orange pop is a rare and super valuable pop because of the limited produced numbers.

I'm not sure if the details about likeness approval was the issue but due to something caused the license to fall through for Funko so they coul no longer make the figure.

There were actually 24 Alex pops produced, 12 regular and 12 GITD chase variants. All of these were given away by Funko CEO Brian Mariotti to loyal Funko collectors since they couldn't be sold. Apparently only 2 sales have been recorded for the regular version with a tag of $2600. I'd most def be in if they were to able to get the license again for this.
