Haven't checked in here in a while, been so busy with work :rolleyes

Just got back to the office and opened up Unmasked Deadpool from the last raffle, shout out to alleyzonjay alleyzonjay (good packaging as well, box was flawless) :smokin

Still surprised there ain't no spoilers yet for the MCC box yet. Best believe I will read them, but keep in spoiler tags for those that don't want to partake :rofl:

My collection is pushing 140, need to take pics soon.

My pop story. Started out seeing the goku at hot topic but didn't buy it.
Knew they had Game of thrones pops and was like I'll collect only that.
Got Jamie ****in Lannister.. and clear bing bong cuz the HT employee was like this is rare (so hype beast got the best of me)

next thing I know I go back the next week to cop Goku, he's gone....and I'm buying glow in the dark Antman.............then Tap in to the world of this thread and it's been curtains ever sense
My ex hated it at first then she came around when I talked sense in her (we weren't dating just real cool)
I had about 30 in a month

I slowed down im at like 55-60 now.

Monty Python Pops, Voltron will be copped.
Gi Joe at retail will be copped
Bobs burgers I'll think about (love the show)
and I must finish my GOT collection

lol well all except that one, I actually don't want any variants unless they scream out to me.

I hate Dany so i'll only get 1 of her (prolly season 1 version when she was tolerable)
I also won't get all the dragons nor grey wind or ghost. If I find a good deal I'll get the 6 inch drags but that's about it.
I'm going to have to spend money for Renly unless I find him at a con or if i can get him on the slick from Ebay

My POP story even though I think I'm only at like 18-20..

The first I ever saw of these was in the below picture. I died laughing at how awesome they looked and how clever the picture was.

After that I started seeing them here and there.. Hot Topic when I was in the mall, Barnes and Noble when I was walking by or through.. always curious but never touched or look at em real close.

I was in Seattle visiting my Dad.. we went to Pike Place and underground there was a Collectible store that had a ton of stuff, but they had a wall full of POPs. I looked for Master Chief first, which they didn't have (I found out he's online for like $100). Then I said "If they have Iron Man, I'll cop." cause I had a buddy who passed away that used to call me Tony Stark due to my knowledge of technology entrepreneur-like attitude. :lol:

Sure enough, they had the newest Iron Man.. the one with him shooting up to fly. Mark 43 I think it is. Copped. My dad's birthday was coming up, and he's a Seahawks fan so I went back before we left and bought him the Russell Wilson POP that they had.

I got back home, kept staring at Iron Man like a new pair of shoes I just copped. Looked online and found out that there's a whole culture for these things. POP Hunters, Chase Editions, exclusives, etc. I decided to go check out Hot Topic and see what else they had. At this time they had the 2015 SDCC exclusives, and I copped Chrome C-3PO.

It's been downhill ever since.

Btw, I'm still looking for a Loki like above.. hoping to run into it one day otherwise I'll have to cop online. :nerd:

I had seen there would be a Cheshire Cat but I had to grab this one. The bottoms fades to clear, fallout GITD Vault Boy was a must, Superbad Seth also a must. I don't even watch Dr Who but I think this one will be hot later. Then the B&w Loki was being returned by a customer cuz the top of the box was a bit bashed in the corner but I'm fine with that. And since I wanted to get the BoGo promo I copped the HT Sherlock to companion the crown Moriarty

I seriously need to stop :smh:

My pops story:

I had heard about these things but was trying to not get caught up. However I remember seeing the Bank robber joker and was like this one cool especially since I had the hot toys 1/6 figure so I copped.

Then last year I was @ comikaze and overpaid for the pre released Stay Puft but it was too dope not to cop.

Then this year @ comikaze i was on the hunt for the GITD Crow but ended up with the regular. Everything was good, no fielding. Then force Friday happened. It was actually Saturday in my case. Went out and copped 6 Star Wars TFA ones and then it was downhill. The Funko needle hit my vein.

6 weeks later I'm here feeling like Pookie in New Jack. But that's it. I can live without a few for a couple of weeks. Only thing REALLY on my radar to find is Proto Boba. Today's haul puts me @ 35 pops and IF you say $10/each that's $350 give or take. However that's not too bad. I'll see it as that's 2 pairs of Lebrons not copped :lol:
