Ditto man I refuse to cough up the cash for that one even tho I love Bane. I'm a batman fan but Bane was always fav villain. I'm on of the few that love TDKR. Still kicking myself for not swooping him all those times I saw it @ HT :smh:

If there's a Lucha mask Bane I'm copping. Funko needs to stop bullshhhhh and re-release or release a new mold. A 6" mold with venom hoses would be sick

I had seen there would be a Cheshire Cat but I had to grab this one. The bottoms fades to clear, fallout GITD Vault Boy was a must, Superbad Seth also a must. I don't even watch Dr Who but I think this one will be hot later. Then the B&w Loki was being returned by a customer cuz the top of the box was a bit bashed in the corner but I'm fine with that. And since I wanted to get the BoGo promo I copped the HT Sherlock to companion the crown Moriarty

My pops story:

I had heard about these things but was trying to not get caught up. However I remember seeing the Bank robber joker and was like this one cool especially since I had the hot toys 1/6 figure so I copped.

Then last year I was @ comikaze and overpaid for the pre released Stay Puft but it was too dope not to cop.

Then this year @ comikaze i was on the hunt for the GITD Crow but ended up with the regular. Everything was good, no fielding. Then force Friday happened. It was actually Saturday in my case. Went out and copped 6 Star Wars TFA ones and then it was downhill. The Funko needle hit my vein.

6 weeks later I'm here feeling like Pookie in New Jack. But that's it. I can live without a few for a couple of weeks. Only thing REALLY on my radar to find is Proto Boba. Today's haul puts me @ 35 pops and IF you say $10/each that's $350 give or take. However that's not too bad. I'll see it as that's 2 pairs of Lebrons not copped :lol:

HT said they got like 14-18 Vault Boys on em, but haven't unpacked em yet. This was yesterday.

Gonna call and have em hold one for me today if they're unpacked. Stoked.
 
Hot topic guest list holders have first crack at comickaze exclusives should be friday october 30th. Ask your HT
 
i love reading everyones stories and we all more or less use it as a fix to not buy sneakers lol or at least justify them by saying "well it could be worse".

i think its great. i def think nostalgia plays a role here because i feel that this thread is more older dudes than younger ones. im 27.

i bring up nostalgia because it gives us another chase, rush whatever you wanna call it like when we were younger collecting things, like pokemon or showdown cards.

at least thats how i see it.

i just started not even a month ago but i keep mine all in the box.

i actually think they look a lot better in the box anyway. plus you can stack them once your collection starts growing

I keep mine in box cause I don't have space to keep them out of box. Like amarano said they can stack up. I would like to display them out of box though cause some details are missed when in the box
