They've brought back a few retired ones out. They end up changing the colors on the box when they bring them out

theyve been doing that.

they rereleased Jedi Luke and Han a while back. the color of the rereleased box is different.

thats why some people are nuts paying some of these outrageous prices.

Bane was at $80 when i got him. i paid $17.99.

most i ever spent so far was $30 for Grinning Ultron.

if only the box is different how would i know if I bought a loose figure whether it is a retro? I wonder if the manufacturer year under the foot reflect this.

yes,the years are different,all the OG Star Wars are from 2011, vaulted editions are from 2015

Makes sense considering the influx of new collectors. Plus im always a fan of taking money out of resellers hands

Technically he wasn't retired. Reverse Flash was a Dallas Comic Con exclusive (production of 2,000 for regular and 500 for the glow in the dark version) in the US -- the normal version was released as a GR POP overseas. This usually happens for the most part -- I believe the only one that didn't make it overseas was arlia Vegeta. I think I read somewhere it was Disney that would be the next group of unvaulted POPs. Funko is planning on doing a lot of DC next year -- maybe they will bring back Green Arrow, Penguin, Riddler, etc.

yea I heard Disney would be the next unvaulted. the Toy Story ones are new. but some people still mad about those coming back out. and trying to act like their OG's are more special lol

I know a lot of us are fairly knew at collecting so we haven't missed a lot of stuff at retail.. but what have you guys missed that you could've gotten for a decent price.

the stan lee for 30 at the va comic con.
seen both and now can't find either for less than 40-50
