I mean they know the popularity is growing.

People want these. you set out a limited quantity like that of course people will be pissed.
This is why I'm more supportive of store exclusives than internet exclusives like this... not everyone is on the same schedule and can be around when stuff like this drops...
its unfair in all honesty. especially since they're dropping these essentially with no warning

This is why I do like MCC though. because there doesn't seem to be a limit on how many people order it. and its like a 2 month time frame... (half the reason I signed up for the year just incase registration does close)

Idk I can see the frustration by people.

they have to at least give warning
 
but deaththreats over a TOY. thats a bit absurd. they put these boxes together for fun and people always ruin it.

honestly MCC should cap theres as well at a certain amount. it loses its exclusivity when you can get said item months down the line.

MCCs weird though man theyre always posting up sign up so you don't keep missing out on boxes like you cant go on their site and order the boxes you missed...

thats how they get you, you gotta get the current month in order to ADD previous boxes.
 
Yeah, I'm glad I can pick up mcc boxes I missed. When it first started they made it sound like once supply is done, it's done. They probably produce a ton of each box.

I dont think MCC should cap it. I do say when it's over it's over. Like I should be able to re order antman and avengers like I did (although i'm thankful I could)
but I dont believe in exclusivity. that's the problem with the collecting game in general (shoes, clothes, toys, cards anything)
why limit fans to having something...its ridiculous.
again not everyone is on the same schedule or have the same resources at the same point.....so making something that only a few privileged people can get is stupid to me. a lot of times it's luck.


once again when it's done let it be done... if they want to offer something for 2 months and give people 2 months to do sign up do it. than that's fine with me people had ample time to get funds/time together.

but when you drop something that you know sells out fast. thats ridic to me.

It's border line selfish thinking with the whole I own 1 out of the only 100 hahaha type thinking...

let everyone love and have what you have.

(a reason why I can appreciate variants also)
 
Fugitive Toys has been getting threats since like back in November. It's crazy how people get. Even if they set a time and date people would still be pissed and complain that they couldn't be there at that time. Can't please everyone

truth. this isnt the first time.

if they want to do away with exclusives make just ONE of each character, produce in the masses.

variants like grey scales, GITD, Metallic is why ist so crazy to get certain ones.

Even if everyone that wanted an fbox got one, people would complain about the content in the box cause it doesnt meet their standards.

Nothing is exclusive anymore with PC in the picture :D. I'm actually a fan of variants. I collect characters I like and get the rest.

but that's the good thing with set dates, if you really want something you'll be there to get it. if you can't you get others to try for you.

the main thing is though, that you KNOW .

you had fair warning fair amount of time to get your ducks in a row.


I also like Variants, because the people that only care for exclusivity or variants to brag about. I can go get my GR and be happy...

for In box collectors I dont even see the point of getting most variants in all honesty.

Stuff like that is so dumb. People need to start doing what Curt Schilling did and if possible find the name of the people making the threats and let their workplace and schools know that person is making death threats.
 
 I think when the order period for that box is done its done. maybe down the line make that extra stock they have available like years from now lol mostly I guess just the way they write it out is what bugs me

well yea when it says its exclusive to "name retailer here" it should be that way. there has to be a grace period at least where they arent in circulation anymore. if youre gonna say this POP can only be bought here and then see it elsewhere its deceiving to the customer. (IE. Walgreens exclusisves, Target DD's, SDCC exclusives) might as well make them all GR.

I'm in in box collector cause I don't have space for being oob but the variants are still decent in the box. I wish I was oob though

again this is why exclusives should be done away with if they're not going to make a GR to it...

I think of Regina from Once upon a time and Rapunzel. I would have loved to get their sdcc pops.... but im not mad because they're coming out in a GR next month. so F it, i dont get them in their outfits/pan vs comb. but I at least get them, I know not everyone thinks like me but they're who im a fan of I'm just happy to have them.
