That may be the case but actual learning is in the hands of the parents and teachers. And anyone who is sitting around waiting for more money to do that should get out of the teaching field.

That's a real conservative, Fox Newsy statement there, that generally is never right. There is a direct relation between school funding and quality of education/student achievement.
 
Well I'm not a conservative. I just know that you can't stand around waiting for someone to help you. Simple as that. Especially with something as fundamentally important as education.

Hell people don't want to move to Maryland, they end up there. It is the armpit of the northeast. Its only redeeming quality is National Harbor and most people think that its part of Va because it's on the border.

My opinion of Maryland are based on my personal experience with the state and people that live there. On paper it seems like a perfectly fine place but in actuality, it's not. I live in the DMV area and have been there many times. It's a horrible place.

you speak as if you've lived in all parts of maryland.

maryland is a perfectly fine place to live in, great if your growing up as a child due to the massive amount of different cultures and people.

besides pg and baltimore maryland has a really good education system, trust me, i went to school in MoCo and im highly grateful for it now seeing how poor schools can get in prodomindately black nieghborhoods. without my education from MoCo i wouldnt have developed the skills i have today.

now virgina on the other hand is a place that fits exactly what you said, also very boring and mighty country.
