Police Kill Unarmed Teen In Ferguson, Missouri

I'm currently in St. Louis and always get flashbacks when I came during the protests. Any time I'm on Lucas and hunt I gotta roll by MBs block and pay my respect.

The way these municipalities are spread out every few miles is the problem. They're all financing their budgets on stops and arrests.

And it's like the city forgot about north city. I'm cleaning out my mother in laws house which is off Lexington and Natural Bridge and the abandoned homes and pockets of developments within abandoned neighborhoods is mind boggling.

Yo... I just moved back to the LBC... Parking enforcement Straight up DICKHEADS around here!!!

They tax people on Parking....

I have no proof but I believe they also go around Busting windows of people because they're mad at their jobs.

I saw a Parking enforcement JEEP stopped beside a Car for a long time. I drove around the block like 5 times looking for parking. For some reason the parking enforcement dude was there the whole time.

Finally on the last time around I notice a busted window and glass on the floor. But the Parking Enforcement was gone.

What I THINK.... THEY RUN PLATES on Suspicious vehicles... If it comes up LEGIT, they get agro and bust out the windows.

PS... I MAY JUST BE COMPLETELY INSANE, but I didn't notice any glass on the floor before the parking enforcement left.

It's possible to break a window without dropping glass on the ground (not sure if your referring to the ground as the floor). As former LE, I've seen windows broken with peices of spark plugs ceramic the window will crack in a million pieces but stay intact. Then they just push the window in and all the glass falls in the car until you open the door and glass falls on the ground. They also use a flat head screwdrivers between the glass and track.

There was another video where Mike got into it with the store clerk. Looks like he did a trade, they held it for him to pick up later and another guys weren't there when he went back to pick up. Either the other guy was pissed about the deal or didn't know.

Either way he called the police and lied and he will get his.

From what I get out of it. It seems like the store was shady and the other clerk didn't know about it, so he thought he was stealing the cigarellos

but what if the other clerks told him after the fact. Did the clerk who called 911 use a cover story of robbery instead of an admitted "trade"?

The ones he tried to do the exchange with looked to be different than the other one.

I saw this that explained it

http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/13/us/ferguson-michael-brown-surveillance-footage/index.html

The new surveillance footage, captured about 11 hours before Officer Darren Wilson fatally gunned down Brown in August 2014, shows Brown place a small bag on the counter. Two of the clerks pick it up and appear to sniff it.
The clerks then give Brown a bag with cigarillos, which he takes, but he then turns around and gives it back to them before leaving. According to Pollock, it was common for residents to barter with the clerks, and the younger clerks did not want an older clerk to know what they were up to.

So, in the widely publicized video released after Brown's death, Brown was not stealing cigarillos, but rather, retrieving them after he'd left them in the store earlier, the filmmaker said. According to Pollock, the clerk who Brown pushes in that video is the older clerk, who was not aware the other clerks had given Brown the cigarillos as part of the barter exchange.

Here is the story of Michael Brown’s murder that we all believed: One sunny day in Ferguson, Mo., a huge behemoth of a man named Michael Brown walked into a convenience store; committed a strong-arm robbery, escaping with the invaluable loot of a pack of cigarillos; and while he was walking home, Darren

Wilson, a brave cop responding to the robbery, stopped him.

When Wilson tried to detain Brown, Brown reached for the cop’s gun and the policeman shot him. But Brown wouldn’t quit, and the officer thought that Brown might have a weapon, so Wilson shot a few more times to stop Brown from harming him.

“What happened in Ferguson is that a man committed a robbery, attempted to a.ssault a police officer, and the police officer—to save his life—shot him. The police officer did his duty. The officer should be commended for what he did.” —Rudy Giuliani on Fox News, March 12, 2015

Except none of that happened.

After a documentarian released video this past weekend that dispels the myth of the Mike Brown corner-store robbery, more information is emerging about the n-word-using patrolman who was accused of racial discrimination and excessive force even before he pumped at least six bullets into Brown on Aug. 9, 2014, k!lling him. New court papers reveal that Brown never tried to take the officer’s gun, never struck the officer and did not initiate any contact with Wilson, who was cleared of wrongdoing by a secret grand jury in November 2014.

As part of a civil suit filed last year against Wilson, a court document reveals some stunning admissions from the former Ferguson police officer. In a court docket

filed Dec. 28, the cop who k!lled Brown admitted to using racial slurs, cursing at Brown before he was k!lled and grabbing him without provocation.

According to the document, Wilson acknowledges that he spotted Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson on Canfield Drive on Aug. 9. He will not admit that they were engaged in any criminal activity other than jaywalking. He pulled his police car over, blocking the path of the teenager and his friend.

The officer does not dispute the fact that he didn’t radio anyone before stopping the two pedestrians and telling Brown to “get the fu*k back” after opening the police door. It is disputed whether the door ricocheted back into Wilson or whether Brown closed the door himself, but the policeman goes through the details of the encounter:

33. During this encounter you reached through the window.

RESPONSE: Admitted

34. During this encounter you grabbed for Michael Brown’s body.

RESPONSE: Admitted

35. During this encounter you grab for Michael Brown’s clothing

RESPONSE: Denied

36. You eventually grabbed Michael Brown’s forearm

RESPONSE: Admitted

37. You eventually grabbed Michael Brown’s t-shirt

RESPONSE: Denied

Let’s examine this:

Two men are walking down the street. A cop pulls in front of them, blocking their path. Instead of calling for backup or radioing in a traffic stop, he opens his car door and either Brown closes it or it ricochets off of Brown’s body. The officer then chooses to reach through his window and grab the suspect by his arm and body.

The next section of the document contains a stunning admission:

Finally something to back up common sense. It took me all of 10 seconds during the trial to figure out the cops story made no sense. The cop is right handed. So his gun sits on his right hip between him and the center console AND seatbelt. Plus the gun was in a holster. You can't just pull it out this isn't the wild west. You telling me Mike reached through a window across the officers chest and waist the unhooked the clip holding the gun in place? And the officer let that happen? It took SECONDS to piece that together. Weak attorneys never pounced on it

I Keep Hearing People Say That "Hands Up Don't Shoot" Was Disproven, But I've Never Seen That Investagation, Can Someone Link A Brotha Up

Same folks claim Mike got into a 3 point stance and charged the cop whilst taking multiple gunshots.

St. Louis, and Missouri should be white flighted and create a new city full of non-racist lineage and white privilege

See, I Had A Feeling It Was From That Same Investigation Were They Said Mike Ran Away In Flip Flops & Kicks Up Dust Like A Cartoon, & That He Charged With His Head Down Towards Dude Shooting At Him... Foh & I Remember One Of The Witnesses (#37 Iirc) Talking About She Woke Up That Saturday Morning To Drive Around Ferg To See How & Why The People Lived Like That... Because Ya Know, She Didn't Want To Be Racist

I was there, protesting and visiting my in-law, and it was very tense. You could feel the tension in the air.

Im born and raised in L.A. and the extent of my U.S. travels was road trips to Nevada, Washington, Orgeon, Utah and up into Canada with moms.

When I got married my wife had a life back in St. Louis where she was born and raised...and it was a complete culture shock to me.

It's still segregated (IMO), abandoned schools and houses all within a living neighborhood...never seen something like that in person till I went to the Lou.

My wife hates it cause she grew up in North St. Louis adjacent to the "Ville" and it's tough. It's like a forgotten part of the city.

So when reporters and police chiefs play victim...I'm like...do you not live in St. Louis...you don't see the blatant neglect of the black community?

But this is from an outsider...I know @pacmagic2002 got a different perspective cause he lives there but I love the Lou. I wouldn't mind moving there to be honest with you.

The police officers that work for city PDs don't live near or interact with the people.

I live in the county/burbs and a lot of cops that work in the city live out here.
