In addition to that it would show that the city thinks he could have done something wrong instead of acting like he was faultless

No. This is not a trial. He has not been charged to this point. They've been reviewing evidence (they being the grand jury) to decide whether there is probable cause for an indictment. This is not backwards. This is your justice system.

I've been on a grand jury before, and you really don't need much evidence to bring it to trial. It's all based on what the DA's office decides to present to it.

Your job on a grand jury isn't to decide if they can win the case. It's just if there's enough evidence to go to trial.

The process is not *** backwards. The idea of requiring the necessary evidence to charge someone with a crime is not backwards.

Now, are you saying that the way this case has been handled is backwards, then yes, I agree. If you're saying that black, brown and other people of color get screwed by the system, then yes, I agree.

But what I'm talking about is the IDEA that is being discussed, which is grand jury deliberation.

If you read the remark I am responding to originally, it was a gentleman who believed this was the trial, before the trial, which is not true.

The concept of our justice system isn't *** backwards, the way it is applied to minorities is *** backwards.
 
I hope they can interview the jurors, I wanna see what the black jurors have to say about the process and other jurors

Whats even craizer and proves it was rigged. Only 9 people are needed to indict or not to indict...

In Missouri, grand jurors don't have to be unanimous to indict, as long as nine of the 12 agree on a charge.

i wanna comment on this but i think if they do riot.. tear down stuff that isnt black owned.. and if youre going to raid stores tock up on water gas and gnerators because if its gets out of hand they will cut the water and power off to make them give up.. so yeah get weapons and armor and show them that you cant be mis treating people of color anymore.. and also start voting these racist people out of office get black owned busines support group economics and boycott anything that is protifting from racsim.. Whew...
 
man them police out there are going to start trouble where there isnt any

the black people in ferguson already know to keep their protests peaceful, as they have been.

the white people will go out and riot and destroy in celebration, and the black people will get blamed for it.

just like the rioters last time were white, but black people were blamed because they were "white" businesses and they were attacked.

i can just see the police out there like "look at these *******", and all itll take is for someone to hear it and get mad.  the next thing itll be "oh theyre out of control, i felt threatened etc."

they want a civil war out there, they want to make an example of the people there for everyone else in the country watching.
