I'm not on either side. I'm just tired of the blatant reverse racism and ignorance towards caucasian americans that NT displays which is almost always based on skin color alone, as opposed to basing racist claims on those who display racism through words or harassment. The action of simply shooting a black person, guilty or innocent, is not enough for anyone to throw their arms up in the air and start making racist claims.

No one's denying that black people have been oppressed for the last several hundred years, but to hold the actions of a FEW, most of which happened in the past, against the entire caucasian race of today, is just grossly ignorant. Also minuscule? Every other thread is white people this, white people this, they're trying to keep us down blah blah blah. You guys really think it's right or appropriate to hold an entire race of people accountable for the actions of a minority? If a white person on NT called all black people thugs fore one black person robbing someone, you'd all be crying racism, but you all seem to think it's okay to do the same thing with the races reversed, by attempting to portray white americans as racists, and even going as far as to say there's a conspiracy to keep black americans down, with no hard evidence of course. Tek, you don't seem to grasp what reverse racism even is so go do some research.

Do you not realize that you're just further solidifying the sentiment that you and many like you have no regards for the humanity of non-whites?

All y'all seem to care about is the public perception of your people. You just want to make sure that there isn't a speck of dust on your lilly white reputations...but you have no real concern for the oppression and torment that other communities face right in your own nation. In fact you subconsciously are ok with this systematic oppression because it's not happening to you and it ensures your privileged existence.

Save those crocodile tears, man.

Bro, no one's crying about anything, I don't live my life according to how the media tries to portray my heritage, nor do I live in fear of those around me and what they might think of me based on looks/race alone. I'll sleep fine tonight as I always do. I'm simply saying that being racist towards white people isn't justifiable because of racism from white people, and that there's no hard evidence of racism from the police in this shooting. Everything in this story is purely based on different skin colors and nothing else, which is ignorance at its finest. I can't help those who can't understand that. 
 
Cops said that the victim pushed the officer and went for his gun, where the gun went off.

1. Is this the standard protocol? Blame the victim because he cant defend himself?

2. If the gun went off inside the car, shouldnt the shell casing be inside the car?

So, if someone so much as complains about the oppression of the LGBTQ community, that person is committing "reverse heterosexism?"  

If the persistence of racism is offensive to you, working to abolish racism is more productive by far than trying to censure (or censor) those who would simply remind you of its unpleasant existence.

If, every time a woman is raped, your inclination would be to blame her for it and suggest that she "asked for it", would that not be, itself, a rush to judgment and an expression of a particular bias?  

It's one thing to say, "hey, we don't have all the facts yet and it's likely we never will," but how is it wrong for people to be just plain upset that yet another unarmed person has been killed by a police officer?  Is that not a problem?  

Again, a police officer doesn't have to be a card carrying klansman to allow prejudice to influence a split-second, life or death decision.  Can it be definitively PROVEN that prejudice was a factor here?  Probably not, but how many more cases have to occur and how many more people have to die before we're allowed to acknowledge the possibility?  
 
Meth, I'm not putting blame on anyone or taking either side. Don't get my attempts to stop racism towards whites confused with taking the cops side, because that isn't what's happening. I'm just saying it's wrong to make racist claim based on nothing. Of course there's nothing wrong with being upset, but that can't be used as justification to call these cops racists. I'll wait for all the information to come out before I make a decision of which side I think was in the wrong.
