Because he was shot in the arm. There is also a shot in the palm of his hand and one through the top of his skull. The pig is 5'10 and Michael Brown is 6'4. How did he shoot through the top of his skull if he wasn't bent over in pain or surrendering. In all seriousness, the autopsy showed that the shot you question could've occured while he was charging Wilson..
 
The "Violence in Chicago" is the go-to for racists. Completely irrelevant to the topic.

If they REALLY didn't care about race like they so often claim, they wouldn't bring it up. They'd be questioning why someone was executed after surrendering. Instead it's "Black people kill each other in Chicago all the time"

Um, Dorian said the cop shot him in the back. Autopsy that is non biased and not from a criminal, says non of the shots were from the back. There's my one reason, is it good enough for you?

Original report said the cop was investigating a robbery. Later said the cop was unaware of the robbery. Are you racist enough for me? Would have been a better answer.
