There is nothing definitive about this particular detail, as far as we know. So no, I can't say that Dorian was lying.
Btw, many other witnesses said that Wilson shot at Brown as he was running away. I don't believe all of them said that he was struck--just that he was being shot at.

Nah, we just want people who would come in here and not sound so naive about what's actually happening in this country. Then again, I can tell you've lived a sheltered existence thus far in your life, so you are naive to it. Which is fine, nothing wrong with it, but don't act like there isn't shady **** going on between law enforcement and minorities. It's been happening for a long, long, longggggg time and it will continue.

A different perspective is welcome, it's just the sources you cite that influence your perspective may not be reliable.
The hardest task for black people is convincing people like yourself that what we see, hear, and at times live in the middle of is not of our own doing, but rather influenced by outside factors.

I only said that because this is a cops vs black people centric thread. Civil Forfeiture is equally as ****** up if it happens to a black or a white person or anyone else.
You don't hear too much about cops just snatching a wad of bills off someone and keeping it for *insert whatever reason they want* on a big scale. JO exposing it though.

yep. This is a great video i saw this on hbo last weekend. It just shows you how corrupt and dirty a lot of these cops are. The same guys some of you people defend blindly and act like they never make any mistakes, they are infallible in the eyes of some you.
They're some good cops and they're some bad ones, what the majority of the people of this thread want is that when the bad ones make mistake or act malevolently is that they be held accountable.
Its impossible that all cops are good they're some bad ones out there but what seems possible is that the bad ones almost always get away with the crimes they commit and this is the problem.
