Tony Stewart Strikes driver during race after he gets out of car

Yea I don't know much about the culture of racing, but why the hell would you get out of the car and walk onto the damn track?

If some dude is driving dirty and makes out crash and ends wouldn't you want to take it up w/ him after the race?

....Not saying its right that Tony Stewart hit him btw. I'm just saying if I was going into a fight and the other guy had a weapon (this case a car) my primary weapon wouldnt be me shaking my first and giving him the finger.
 
You can hesr the rpms climb in a corner... Seems atypical... At the least

Tony stewart should have to beat this manslaughter case costing him lots of $$$ and his careeer. Idiotic move that cost a dumb kid his life. Also stay the fark away from sprint cars period. U survived last yr with jus a brojen leg. Now ur killing other ppl. Jus stop dude

Other nascar drivers should refuse to compete till hesbofficially completely aqbsolved which unfortunately sounds like whats going to happen. Thevother 4 sprint cars applied brakes and got low... He gained speed and went high. Its clear asbday he was not trying to avoid the kid. Tough tobprove he tried to hit him tho
 
The kid shouldn't have been standing in the middle of the racetrack and pointing at another car. 

I might have to give Stewart the benefit of the doubt on this one, even though it doesn't look good that it was Stewart who he had the original altercation with. 
 
Sad to see the kid died but what was he thinking? Fight him in the pits after like all these other Nascar drivers do. I personally think he ran him over or tried to scare him but they won't get him on this.
 
Fans of Rscing tell me that drivers do that all the time and Tony should have been slowing down like the other drivers and moving his car toward the inside. What he did was like a scare tactic on some trying to show the young guy some respect.

It's now way intentional to hit him, but negligent on tony part. His career is done and he better be careful he could go to jail
 
After last yr when Smoke broke his leg, like PG a compound fracture ... Seem like he would have had enough os sprint cars, but he still drives them and now he does this.... Thank goodness In a Dale Jr fan
 
Lots of poor decisions went into this tragedy, definitely seems like one where blamed is spread across a few parties. Tony is out of his mind wanting to race and I think he feels this will go away. It won't
 
Some people think they're invincible. RIP.

This is worse than those idiots that cross 3 and 4 lane streets (each way) with their children, standing in the median and ****, because they didn't want to use the crosswalk a half a block down the street. I'm sorry, but if you get smoked, if was your own fault. 

I've seen the video and I don't think there's any way you can definitively say Stewart tried to hit the kid. The kid tried to get as close to Stewarts car as he could, and got clipped. 

This is a tragic even that should have and could have easily been avoided.

Don't know much about the sport to have a credible opinion. Don't know why the drivers get out of the car while there is a race going on, Im surprised this doesnt happen more often.
 
Not down with people saying Stew did it on purpose or even tried to scare him. there is no evidence that suggests that.

Idc its stupid for anyone to go out that far on the track and just stand there. regardless of if thats the "norm" in situations like that.
