Sup NT. I'm currently in the market for a new laptop. Gonna be using it for minor design work (tshirt designs and things of that nature), beat making, internet (twitter, FB, NT, Youtube, etc...) and constantly downloading music. I don't know much about computers. Only specific things I'm seeking are 8GB RAM and 1TB hard drive. Is there anything else I need to look for in terms of specs for what I'm gonna be using the laptop for? And what brands do yall recommend? Not looking to spend anymore than like 800.

Lol I was gonna add that I wasn't interested in a Mac but I thought yall would've figured that out when yall read what my budget is

Why drop 1000+ on standard Macbook when I could get a top of the line Windows notebook with superior specs for much less? Yall Appleheads basically paying $300+ just for the Apple logo. Stay woke.

How much less? My laptop broke a year ago and I need a new one soon.

The newest model Macbook Air 13 inch i5 128gb ssd 4gb edition can be had for ~$800 after taxes. Go to bestbuy.com and enter a .edu email address and they'll email you a $100 off coupon (you don't have to be in college, just know someone who is to print the coupon for you). Then go to the Post Office and ask for a mover's packet, some even have them on the counter so you can just grab them, there is a 10% off Best Buy coupon in there. They let you stack both, brings it down to like $750

MBP.

Windows you say? What's that? I got windows I can look out of at my spot.
