Why is it my responsibility to defend against a chargeback case??  I sold a pair of shoes and three weeks later I get hit with a chargeback.  The reason:  Buyer said transaction was unauthorized.  I shipped to a confirmed address, they were delivered and now they want to take the money from me?  Paypal should be held liable, NOT ME.  Tell me otherwise...

Not really about the $$, but I just can't deal with getting taken for.  I will work a deal for anybody near the address below to go and see this man and get what's mine.

here is the address:

You can still chargeback paypal gift payments.

You should be good if you had signature confirmation OP.

Ive had 2 unauthorized payment chargebacks opened on me, beat both by showing conversations & signature confirmation on the packages.

OP collect literally every piece of information you can about the transaction itself, the shipping, delivery, communication with the buyer, ...

You'll win the dispute. If all else fails contact the police. If the dispute is left unhandled your account, including any funds you have in there, may be permanently frozen without prior notice in the future.

You should also note you have a 45 day deadline to resolve your dispute if I recall correctly.

Paypal and eBay have definitely become too buyer-oriented these days. The buyer is almost completely protected, but there's so many opportunities for the seller to get screwed.
