Why Ramen Noodles Could Cut Your Life Short

Stopped eating that junk after 4th grade. Youth and struggle food.
 
:smh: And to top it off, I just found out that if you stop breathing for a long time, it'll also cut your life short. We can't win

Ramon is first, 2nd, and last resort for me, and I don't fit any of this criteria
 
I love me some creamy chicken flavored noodles. Eat it twice a month, sometimes more. I hope I die in my sleep.

The noodles in the instant ramen aren't even that good. I buy the Asian / Chinese noodles in the supermarket. I like those better.
