I think the pot should be split between the top 2 finishes. 1st gets majority (ex. $200 - pot, 1st. $150, 2nd. $50)

If so, I wouldnt mind a split between top 3 finishes (ex. $200 pot - 1st. $125, 2nd. $50, 3rd. $25)
