Even if they cancel a few, the vast majority who cheated will still get theirs and you'll see Ebay/CL flooded with them next week.
This is hardly a deterrent and Nike can't seem to get their act together knowing full well there are programs out adding stuff directly into the cart well before anyone trying conventionally even has a shot.

My guess is it would be resellers who list multiple pairs rather than the normal folk who get away with 1 or 2 pairs and then resell one. Or maybe anyone who lists their order page with order number on eBay (just stupid).

im pretty sure they look at what you buy and what sizes you buy... if you buy sizes that are all over the map they are going to suspect something.
