I have had faith in my squad for 23 years.. Numerous times I have been let down. Not this year though. We actually have something going on defense. Defense wins championships causes turnovers and gives your offense more opportunities to put points on the board. That's all we can ask when you have Megatron on your team. Lets grab the #1 seed lions!

**** all this "well if they beat X" I'll believe in the Lions.

There is no game plan on offense for a dominant defensive line, I don't give a damn who the quarterback is and what wide receivers they got.

We ain't scoring 40 a game but in close game with the receivers we got I like our chances against anybody anywhere.

But there were a couple calls that had me >:

That punt.... how was that even close to fairly called? I swear the Lions stay getting screwed over by the refs. If anything make it a touch back, because he would have fallen out of bounds.

Arians is a good script play caller. His 1st 15 plays were better than ours. We held our own after that but no one could get open against this ARI defense. They are for real. That call on the punt return was.. Well idk what that was but rules are rules. We had ALOT of penalties as well. Cant miss out on opportunities against these good teams. At NE next week [emoji]128553[/emoji] that packers lions game is gonna be REALLY important!

the reason was so stupid, if that didnt count then it should have been a touch back. teams do that every week

lions stay getting screwed, not saying they would have scored on that play because honestly they probably wouldnt have but they got hosed out of prime field position to at least have some sort of chance.

Recorded the game on my dvr, heard we lost don't even know if I wanna watch this ****. It was 14-3 when I left in the 2nd quarter, I dnt understand they how couldn't get it in the endzone at least once with all those weapons...Arizona's defense is VERY legit though

Also the spots on Ebron's catch to end the half and Fitzgerald's catch to end the game seem questionable too but the Cardinals outplayed us overall.

Their D is legit and only Joique came to play today for Detroit.

I mean, yeah, I'll admit it, the Lions O Line sucks and they didn't come to play.... but I swear the refs always have it out for us...

I haven't been able to watch 4 Lions' games this year live. Our 3 losses fell in those games.


What happened today?

I saw they hit big plays early but we won the turnover battle and Joique put up 6.1 yards per carry.

How the hell did we lose?

Finally you other Lions fans are starting to roll over to where I am with Lombardi. Our play calling is absolutely abysmal. We have so many weapons on the field but he has no way of getting them the damn ball. I watched a lot of the routes being ran, all of them are basic as hell, nobody crossing over each other to mix up defenders, way to many routes going to the sidelines. We need to get players open in the middle with slants on the run so they can make plays. Our run plays are about as bad a Linehans, if not worse. As much as I hated Scott I would take him over Joe Lombardi at this point.

Regardless of how the season ends up he should be fired.

There were a lot of calls that didn't go the Lions way, but damn with the players we have on offense we should be putting up 25+ points a game. No excuses
