I was really surprised how fast they sold when put up for retail yesterday didn't know the demand was there for an adult tmnt shoe

Bad business? You're already doing the guy a favor by proxying a purchase for him. It wouldn't look bad on your part to have taken the money in advance so that you wouldn't have to front your own.

At least you got your money back. Consider yourself lucky and learn from this.

I'd do it again just be less patient with the buyer and send them back at the first sign that it wasn't going as planned. I've done it a few times before without issue I don't plan on one dirt bag ruining this community for me.

The thread is about a person on NT trying to look out for another person on NT

and yes people do that all the time on here, especially on release dates they pick up two pairs of kicks so if someone wasn't able to stand in line or w/e they do them that favor

If you are on NT and ppl know of you, you can go into a thread and say "I'm not able to pick up these kicks on Sat can someone do me that favor"

Stop trying to make something out of nothing, it's not that serious

There's nothing to debate. People buying shoes for random people on this site BEORFE getting any money first is NOT the norm thus doesn't happen "all the time ".

With that said I expect you to somehow still have a disagreement with that.

Man I've been on this site for a minute and I've needed help on numerous releases and only one NT'er 4wrestling 4wrestling offered and actually helped me out or tried to.

It was when the 07 Eggplant Foam One's released and I couldn't get them anywhere and he went and scooped up a pair while I was out looking for my 11.5

I ended up finding my pair before I could reply in the thread and 4wrestling had already scooped an 11.5 trying to look out also. I still offered to buy them off of him so he wouldn't get stuck with it but he ended up helping someone else out or reselling I forgot.

So does helping other's out on here happen, yes, but not as often as you guys are making it out to be. It's very rare you find someone to look out for you these day honestly and at retail at that and nothing on top too.

I've done this plenty before and had people look out for me as well not that I require it but it's nice knowing people got you if needed
