Sport Blue 3's - Possible defects

Hi ladies and gents. I'm new here. Need some help/advice. Just copped the Sport Blue 3's from a reputable online store (Nike authorised store). The elephant print looks funny (click to enlarge). Anyone seen this sort of thing before? Is it normal? Thanks!
