Damn, not trying to judge, but I just googled him and one of the first links is a Niketalk thread asking if he's legit where he seems shady as hell. Posters even said they had to file a claim after he didn't send them the shoes. Hope you get this settled and get your money back though.

yo heres the head guys cell #. hopefully this helps you out. 813-720-6507. no bs, showed a friend that runs a shop this thread and he said to give you the # if he's trying to duck you or if you need to report to the police. if this doesn't help PM me and he said he can get more info like address, etc if you need it.
