plain clothes cop rolls up on you... what do you do?

Based on the comments, this video is pretty old...

But what would you do in a situation like this?

You just copped a drink and you're waiting on the homey to show up and a cop in plain clothes tries to reprimand you...


Anybody know what happened after this video to the guy and the cop?

They wanted him to take probation and do community service...

Buy the office failed to identify himself...

So it shouldn't eem be a case right?
