Need help l/c and got scammed i think?

I got a message from another ebay telling me that he got fake DB because he got fake ones. Im not sure how he got ahold of me but that got me worried so i took themout and did a legit check on niketalk pro on facebook. Everyone is saying the guy got caught selling fakes to alot of people and was recently banned. I need help on what to do.. ITs been almost 2 months. I didnt know because it had rainbow gloss and great everything except no family on tongue?

This guy sold me fake DB5's too and he was recently caught by everyone on facebook.
 
He goes by the name djgreen or josh bama boy green. Looks like he sold many people fakes. All i want is my money back and i am willing to take actions even if i never see my money again. I want to get everyone who got ripped off together and expose this scamming pos. 

I have his phone # and everything. Address all. If someone can pay him a visit to get me my money back, i will split that in half with you.

You did get scammed buddy. However you own some of this blame. The fake game is real out here. First you probably got a "great deal" which should have been your first clue..They go for $1000, not $400-$500..Second a little 3mins of HW on legit vs fake DB5's would have gave you the "family" tell and a few other inconsistencies..

I hope it all works out for you but if not take it as a lesson learned. DO NOT give anyone your $ that you don't ABSOLUTELY trust with it. OR you have taken the time to do the HW and know EXACTLY what you are purchasing. IF all else fails LC First.

6/10 people today selling J's are selling fakes. Be careful out there.

the pics are not available in the listing still, but i agree with @TIMMYBRIXXX  . when people are willing to spent that much on sneakers they only have themselves to blame.
