Both are college students. If both are in college, I say fair game. I can't label a 23 year old dude a mental handicap because he goes at a freshman. Not at all man.

What age are most freshmen? I was 17... A 23 yr old and a 17 yr old...he's a 5th yr senior for a reason lol

From what I've read, the NT extreme seems to be,

Anything under 18 = pedo (unless you're under 18 then the girl has to be at least 16)

18-20 = pedo (unless you're 18-20, OR if you are in the same "stage" of life as them ie college)

21+ = not pedo

If you have a late birthday you were a 17 yr old freshman more than likely. That's not that far fetched. Even still 18 and 23 grow up already

girls are very developed nowadays.

when i was 20 i moved into some apartments with some friends and there was this  chick sitting outside,

time went by and we became cool, i knew she was young but wasnt sure about how young though.

at first she told me she was 17 then one of the other kids in the neighborhood told me she was 12...

I didn't have money to waste by staying in school longer. I can't imagine things have changed that much
