Lady of Liberty = Statue of Liberty. Gold Jumpman color = Torch (fire).

I really didn't think people would need help putting 2 and 2 together.

Personally, I understand well enough that the jumpman represents the torch, and is yellow for that color. However it clashes terribly with the rest of the shoe, and therefore looks ugly. (Reminds me of them making the jumpman on the gamma 11's yellow, when that color doesn't appear anywhere else on the shoe. Same thing here.) After all, it's not as if they had to make it gold.
 
Jb should have be made the jumpman that teal color and made just the basketball gold to represent the torch. Would've been a nice touch imo

I haven't been truthfully excited for a Jordan release in a while or felt any Jordan release was a must cop... But these "Lady Liberty"
X's just ended all if that! They will be a MUST cop for me this ASG
 
Sweet, nobody likes them. Hopefully there's no hype whatsoever and I can stroll in and cop my pair with ease...
