Yes this is real.

So yea, would anybody pay to see this? kinda exploiting disabled folks. Not sure how I feel. The owner brings up the point that it is a way they can express themselves.

 
In what way is this beneficial for the disabled participants? Feel as if they can only harm themselves more than "express".
