What is wrong with RIFLA?

I ordered my BC 3s yesterday and they send me confirmation email and an email saying its shipped, its been more than a whole day and the tracking number is still invalid on UPS and ive been calling and emailing them, no repond at all, their service is bad, does anyone else ever purchased from them? bad experiences?
 
They're not known for having a good system for handling inventory and online sales.  Nice guys, but just disorganized.  But as Timmy stated, it's a holiday weekend, so maybe the post office is a little slow in updating their system as well.
