LC Playoff 12 please help

i pick these up off ebay for 190 shipped. wondering if they are legit or not. only thing that scares me is the tongue isnt as stiff  comparing to my taxi 12. its kinda flimsy and soft if that make sense. and the production date its 11/7/11 to 12/13/11 i thought usually take like 3 month of production
 
100% legit. tongue is softer because TBH the Taxi's tongue is cheaply made. I've had the OGs, 2004's, 2009's, the 2011's, and the 2013 Taxi very sad to say they have the worst padded tongue ever for the XII. 

production dates can very. it's not a set timeline.
