Shouldve contacted paypal and finishline after the same problem during the xi lows. :rolleyes


Buying these on other major retailers a few times a week with no issues, it's only fnl.
I feel ya-However, there is nothing you can do.  FNL will not be able to identify a problem.  It's a glitch in their payment processing system with heavy site traffic.  If you buy some Roshe's this afternoon it will go through with no problem.  
Yeah, true but just to get it on record. If enough people start letting them know they will eventually have to take notice. I usually speak to a supervisor and make sure they pass a note to their tech dept. It's at least worth a try, even if they just pretend to be interested to fix things. :rolleyes

I hope all of you that wanted these got'em.  

Man all these online shoe stores really need to update their websites or something.  The ones owned by EastBay all shoes sizes still available till you add to cart and FNL is just awful. 

Yea that size available until you add to cart the. It says OOS, terrible.

Like a bait and switch at a Car Dealership to me.
 
Easy copp on fnl , used rewards n all. If only they didn't charge shipping n tax , that wud really b a steal, lol at least free shipping
 
These are cool despite the painted midsole.

Doubt I would have gotten them for more than $140 though, since I feel I'm being cheated. You don't have to worry about bleeding on these.

welp, patience paid off. FNLcame through for my 2nd pair, and it only took 1 try tosuccessfully checkout :lol:

good luck to everyone else trying to cop still. hope everyone gets to eat.

I think it's wack how FNL charges for shipping. It basically gives you a $10 rewards when ordering online.

and then they subtract the discount from the retail price to add to your rewards account.

It's not normal to get that email right away. I usually get it 2-3 days after ordering. All your info can be right on the checkout process and they'll still reject your order. 

edit: PS don't waste your time calling them. Their CSR are trained to tell you that the issue was with your credit card company and not them.

i totally agree with you. its like a half discount. shipping eats up half, then u get short changed on reward points. in fairness, i should have gotten 162 points.

I've noticed for the points accredited, it usually says I will only get the subtotal minus the rewards I may have used on my order confirmation page or email but I usually get credited with the amount I actually paid for. Like on this one, it says 140 points but I will end up getting the 162 points, which was my final price after shipping taxes and mnus the reward. If I buy in store, call in or apply a reward after placing an online order, I only get the subtotal in points. Fnl is all over the place :lol:
 
anyone get excess glue on there pair? Picked mine up from finishline and reminded me of the hare 7 smh! other than that clean shoe. They only had 2 pairs in my size and the guy in front of me was the same size. He didn't even inspect his pair. wonder if his was good LOL!
 
On my way to pick up my pair from FNL I clicked the mobile FNL link posted on here to double up online. While in line at FNL, my turn online came up and was able to cop online, and a couple minutes later copped in store. Much easier than the Chi 1s for sure.

He probably didnt care, not everyone go thru their shoes like a CSI worker
