I have the same pair and they're worth every penny.

Def. not worth what you're paying. Never had a problem with them when they used batteries, they switched to a rechargeable system that charges through a USB type port. This is my third pair in about 2.5 months smh

If u look into it, u can def. get some better stuff. But if you're just going to stroll into best buy and buy some earphones, I think these are the best ones in there. I love bass, and they made the noise on these more silent. Before if your earphones were loud, everyone around you could also hear your music. That isn't the case now...

You got bad luck bruh, I haven't had any problems with mine. The charge last awhile, great bluetooth range, just pricey. Even had them fall off my head and hit the squat rack and it did nothing to them. 

I got mine off the bay too, for way under retail.
