LEGIT CHECK: 2012 XI BREDS...PATENT & MANUFACTURE DATES ON TAG INSIDE SHOE

Hi all. Noob here. Correct me if I'm wrong but the 2 dates on the shoe tag represents patented date (left) and manufactured date (right). I have 2 pairs of 2012 XI breds (378037-010). The 1st pair has a patented date 6/13/12 and mfg. date 6/29/12. The 2nd pair has a patented date 8/8/12 and mfg. date 10/26/12. Now, if these are suppose to be the same model, shouldn't the patented dates be the same? I came to the conclusion that the 1st pair is fake. 

wrong. those are in between production dates.
