Good to see Melo going to see these prospects work out.

God, I hope Phil Jackson has an eye for talent. Call me a pessimist, but he's so strung on with this Triangle Offense, I'm scared he'll look past a talent because they may not fit into the system.

Smart move is to get the best talent out there and find a system that works for the team assembled.

you should still make an attempt.

Phil and Fisher come off as professional to me, im sure they'll be able to handle a personality like D. Cousins. But having the assets or is he even being shopped is another story though.

My statement doesn't apply to just DMC tho. I don't belee ANYTHING the man says until its done. Has nothing to do with whether I like what he's saying or not, from draft interest to trade scenario's. Anything past PJ is trying to bring a chip to NY.

Yup. Zinger does every single thing better than Okafor besides score in the post and actually wants to play here.

I am convinced that if Okafor was Latvian he wouldnt even be a first round pick

I just can not understand how yall could want to invest our future in a heavy-set Chicago raised, not versatile, not athletic big man who really doesnt contribute anything major besides an advanced low post scoring game and "great agility for his size," who doesnt play defense or protect the rim, and not let the memory of Eddy Curry scare you even a little.

I just dont see how yall do it. Yall are bigger men than I am. Maybe i am just blinded by the memory of my least favorite NBA player of all time, and petrified of going down that road again.

Give me the Euro-risk over the Curry-risk any day of the week

^ not really. Maybe the opposite because it would mean both Okafor and Zinger are available.

This actually has a small probability of happening if Lakers take a PG and Philly still decides to take the other.

Landry field was a BALLER his first season . Fooled us all. Pre Melo, he was out there swishing 3s and pulling rebounds all we needed from him. Sad to see Melo destroy his career like that :frown:
