Either those dudes have weak punches, or them boys have faces made out of bricks. How is it possible that none of them have been knocked out yet . I've seen fights on Worldstar with dudes being knocked out with less effort.

There should be laws to protect people who are antagonized. Especially if it is clearly on video that they were antagonized. One day one of these dudes will get seriously hurt or killed, and that person will go to jail. I mean, you can't even playfully step on a police officers foot without being choke slammed and arrested for assault. So, you shouldn't be able to do that to civilians either.
