However, if you do have a pair post some pics when you take them out for the day. Let me know what you think about comfortabilty compared to the 2013 OGs. Comparison is night and day imo

Got a size 13 through an acquaintance, her BF got locked up after the release and won't be coming home any time soon so she sold ALL his stuff :x .. she didn't know what she had on her hands so she says give me what the receipt says, so I paid NY retail which was roughly $202. Being that I'm a size 11, the plan was buy the 13, flip it, and purchase my size. Well I picked up the 13, sold them for $800 about 15 mins later then found my size for $775. Next thing you know dude with my size flakes on me, hits me with the ol' "another buyer offered more" excuse but wouldn't tell me what that offer was :smh:

So now I have $800 in the stash on standby until I see what happens ASW. If nothing pops up then I'll use that money towards my size. I'm lucky to be in the area where they dropped so I feel like I can hold out a little longer than others.

But based on the sz 13 I had and those 5 pairs I saw at my local boutique prior to the release, I wasn't really blown away. Like I said before, definitely a dope shoe and look pretty comfy no doubt about it but I would still take my Banneds over them any day.

I actually have someone offering my size in the Frags plus $100 for my Banneds but I can't pull the trigger.

So that's my Fragment story for the thread :lol:

I would spend $1000 on JBF's, his work is sick, also people paying $1000+ for DB V's which is the most ugly V ever created & gold/black 1's which is another ugly *** shoe, the frags go well with anything

1. Breds
2. Royals
3. Frags
4 shadows
 
Someone please bash me about why I shouldnt spend 3k on solars. I need a reality check

I don't care if he dropped $2K from his taxes, dropping $2K is dropping $2K.... I bring up $2K because that's the quote JBF threw at me and I lol'd as soon as he sent me that email haha. His work starts at $1K so either way he's assed out $1200 with kicks and work at a MINIMUM. Honestly just tired of seeing people complain about this release. The Mods need block all these salty people from posting their ridiculous comments because they're ruining the thread. Why are the same people with the negative comments still coming in here? Everytime I come in here to see pics of other people come ups theres atleast 20+ salty comments about how these aren't special, not worth much, etc. This stuff is being said by vet NTers who already know the game in and out haha

Release has def brought all the feelings out. This Frag thread is worse than the Royal thread

You're spebding 3,000 on rubber, mesh and fake leather. While I don't know your current financial state, that's the way I could put it. The holidays treated me well with stuff and I considered buying Zens or Solars but I couldn't justify that amount of money on shoes. Never spent over $500 on shoes and I don't plan to any time soon. I'm in school so I look at everything with super barebones functional look, as opposed to my self 2-3 years ago, where I would buy outlandish stuff I didn't need.

Heck I even considered selling my frags once someone offered me close to a stack, figured I'd be fine with doubling up on b/w 1s since IMO frags are just glorified black toes/Bws, but to each their own man. If I didn't pay straight retail no atc, they would be gone lol. Spend your money how you like.
 
Put $60 into bovada last night, started playing 1/2 no limit, turned it into $780 by 3am, just got my $ for my second pair of frags, pumped!

Hopefully you can get your pair on the low ASW. Banneds are def comfy but I like my Frags over them. That Banned tumble leather though is a work of art

Everytime I rationalize dropping 800 for these my old finance teacher pops in my head and tells me what that 800 would turn into on a 30 yr investment with compounding interest
