Likely means you got a fake. Looking at the pics though they look legit. I really dont understand how so many "samples" leaked.
It's almost like nike ran out of tags or something and had a stack of these 999999999 ***** they needed to use.

Just because it has 9999999 doesn't mean it's a "true sample". Lots of shoes in production have those tags and lots can be found at outlets (obviously these aren't at outlets) so it's not as uncommon as it seems

The only way it would be a sample, it would have SAMPLE on it as well. If you got them at a retail store, then you don't have a sample.

Incorrect about it being most likely a fake. The 3lab5 infrared that I got via restock from Footlocker had that 999999 number. Also my royals had the same thing (although I brought from ebay shortly after release and they are legit). I think that the 999999 could be early production runs or something.
Edit: If there are any questionable pairs, can you please show me. Maybe you are right, this 999999 number can be a hit or miss.

Although I do not have this shoe, they look legit. But WITNESSkb24 said that there were some really bad pairs as well.
