2009 Jordan 1 Breds DMP vs. 2013 Jordan 1 Retro Breds

I have the chance to get brand new 2013 Jordan 1 breds (300$)$or few times used 2009 Jordan 1 breds DMP (250$). So as Im bit new with Breds, I would like to ask your opinions that which pair I should go for. Like for material-wise, which has better quality etc? And as they are size both 6.5, is shape of shoes different compared mens size and do you know did dmp kids size come with extra laces?
