Statutory Rape Victim forced to pay child support

So if a 14 y/o girl got pregnant by a 20 y/o man and knew what she was doing.............................

Basically. The double standard here is that he's a boy and he wanted it just as much as she did.

Correct, but females can never want it as much as men do right, especially at 14???  Trust me the thirst works both ways, but perfect example of double standards.

Dude was clearly taken advantage of and the mother should be in jail. At 14, most guys are thinking of hitting any decent female. No different than a female in the same situation that wasn't assaulted but had sex with a much older man. Just because he knew the repracautions doesn't mean he was ready to make that decision. 14 year olds know very little about the real world

The double standard :smh:

The law treats all woman like children. You know what I ain't even mad at it. All men have an official right to be sexist now. We're clearly the better gender.

Arizona, the Florida of the west.
Florizona.

Damn she laid the ultimate trap card. Waited for him to go to college, get a career job and flourish before she activated it. Crazy.

Since she broke the law to get the child, the only sensible action is to take the child away and possibly put him up for adoption.

He knew what he is doing - now he's playing the victim.
*****wdbs famb.

14 years old?

Never mind. You're just trying to rustle jimmies

If he wasn't being forced to pay the child support then this thread would be full of people commenting how it was awesome for a hs kid and how they wish they had that arrangement when they were in hs.

smh...

A forum full of 18-24 year olds thinking about the high school teacher they woulda smashed... yeah, we should definitely take their words on a potentially traumatizing situation like this.

got it.

stop it famb

ask any of the fathers on here how they'd feel if their son smashed a 20 y/o at 14...

whenever these stories pop up of teachers hungry for the D, i see a GENEROUS amount of people that think it's wrong as hell..

so don't kick that nonsense my way, famb...

Brah leave me outta this, last time there was the thread where the security guard have wed and liquor to a freshman I was trying to argue that the boy was a rape victim that deserved justice. While getting shouted down that lil man "knew what he was doing" :smh:

I always say, if society cares so much about the supposed "low quality of men":rolleyes walking around these days. Then maybe we should take more interest in the lives of it's boys. I swear by the time a boy hits 13 he is thrown to the wolves on some "he knew what he was doing" type steez.

-But still, homeboy goofed too

Any adult who looks a 14 year old and allows themselves to lay with em lack a lil morality. I stopped considering 17yr olds once I turned 17 cause I didn't want any kinda charges

Yea there were some kids who got with a teacher and got dapped up or looked at like "The Man" but you grow out of that mindframe. I used to take pride in my city's crimerate but I look back at that in disgust. Can't be proud people get killed and assualted in my hometown just the same as I can't be accepting to an adult looking at a freshman as free game.

The child support system is flawed in my opinion even without this case

The ages don't add up. It says he is now 24 and he found out about his 6 year old daughter 2 years ago, which would have made him 22 at the time. If that's the case, then he was 16 at the time that he got her pregnant and the statutory rape law doesn't seem to apply.

Even if the relationship began when he was 14, he isn't absolved of his parental responsibilities. If the roles were reversed and he was a 14 or 16 year old that girl that got pregnant, he would still be responsible for the child (assuming that he didn't abort or give the child up for adoption).

The age of consent in Zona is 18. Doing the math he knocked her up when he was 16. It is still statutory rape.

And the second part of your statement make no sense.

Thee statue of limitations for a statutory rape case can not be 8 years or just 10 years. Just can't be.

So I feel he should just charge her with rape, all the evidence is the daughter. Mom will go to prison. Legal system can't be adovcating such injustice.

That won't help his financial matters a lot but will stop the dumb *** state of Arizona from taking money out his pocket. Then he'll have sole custody of the child and can raise her how he see fits for like 10-15 years.
