Legendary Comedian Joan Rivers dead at 81!

She was one of the last few comedic legends we have. One of those legit naturally funny people we have. Ellen, Seinfeld, Leno, Rock, etc.
 
Also she had no problems making fun of herself

I would catch fashion police with my mom when she had it on. Joan trolled everyone and it was too funny. RIP to her.

Not going to pretend I was a fan of an old woman sitting around making fun of people's appearance all day on national tv. That show was repulsive to me. I can't believe grown *** men find that entertaining.

I hate something so someone else who is not like me and does not share the same interests with me cannot like it.

...That's not the only thing she is known for. 

I'm not a huge fan either, but she was a funny comic. One thing that I respect about her is she defended comics that were criticized by the media for "sexist,racist,or just offensive"  jokes while others stayed silent fearing that speaking out would tarnish their public image. 
 
Never watched her standup but would see her on tv and she would say some of the most outrageous things that made me laugh.

Not a fan of what she said recently about the Palestinian people though.

I'm not saying she was a terrible human, bad comic, or that I'm glad she died. I'm just saying I'm not a fan of a person who's career turned into making fun of people over strictly physical appearance like a middle school bully. The only times I've ever seen her, this is what she was doing. I've never heard her stand up.
 
Will miss her on fashion police...she said some reckless stuff..but that was her thing...

Dude...have you seen what is on TV? Jersey Shore, Love and Hip-hop, Kardashian show.....I mean TV is just stale to begin with. Joan just capitalized on it and even at 81. All these people on TV we see today won't even be around at that age. Joan was relevant and actually put in work. I loved the irony when she appeared on Nip Tuck. She totally just made fun of what she did to her face.

Joan Rivers destroying at her own roast was so legendary. That was Tiger at the masters 97, Jordan with the 92 Bulls, pure flames. :x :pimp:

Great thing about that quote is that she would have made fun if herself for that.

Comedy is comedy, comedians say controversial things, it's their job. Get over it if you can't handle the fact she's not PC.
