Raw video: Gang attacks couple in downtown Springfield

Springfield police  are looking for  a group of people who brutally beat a couple in downtown Springfield.  Police have not made any arrests.  They hope someone seeing the video will identify the attackers.

One of the victims, Meredith Cole, says the attack started while her boyfriend, Alex, was working as a DJ at the Outland Ballroom. She said she was approached by a group of men outside the club, and they began to sexually assault her. Cole says she returned inside the club to alert her boyfriend, who then left the club to try to identify who her attackers are.

At that point, Cole and police say, the group of young men began assaulting Cole and her boyfriend.  Cole has picturestaken after the attacks that show her bleeding from the head and her boyfriend with multiple bruises.

Cole and her boyfriend were both treated at a hospital for their injuries, including her fractured ankle.

Police say, if you recognize the attackers in the video  or if you know anything about this crime, you can call Crime Stoppers at (417) 869-TIPS (8477).

UNLESS, of course, this white guy did something to piss all of them off. idk what he couldve did but for more details i shall wait.

They held their own the best they could...props to both of the max specially the girl, def a keeper.

two sides to a story is all im going to say,

unfortunately we'll probably never hear the other side of the story
 
The reason why this will go viral is because it LENDS to the "all black men are savages" rhetoric..

And the entire community will be criticized and held responsible, although a VERY miniscule group will cosign this.

The fact that role reversal will not result in the same criticism is a problem that black people have with stuff like this...

If it was some crazy dumb white dudes jumping a black couple... Them THOSE MEN will be chastised... And it will stop there...

Hopefully, they didn't just flex on the dude for no reason...


But if they did... Shame on them... Dudes are are wack if that was for no reason.
