Same boat here... I saw that and still hesitated.  Should have jumped while there was the chance

Occasionally I see sizes on eBay of the TP1 for $60 or less

@iks & praxis, what size & color were you looking for?

Not too picky on colorway, would prefer black/white or white/black but I like the throwback san antonio color too.

I'd be looking for an 11 or 11.5

Peak DH1

Hey all, I'm reviving a thread for good reasons. For anyone who has played in a pair of Peaks, you'll know that they are a really good shoe. Well, while scouring eBay for different shoes, I always check to see if there are any Peak TP9 II's or even the new 3 on there.

Good news there is a seller in Idaho, who is selling a whole bunch of TP-9 II's for only 59.99 plus shipping. This is a steal for this shoe. He has 4 colors available, with a lot of sizes still. I picked up a pair of the all Blue II's (googled a pic below) and I can't wait to get them. I know we can't load live eBay links, but I hope it's okay to post the seller's name, tydogwr. Hope this deal helps out some fellow Peak fans on here. smile.gif

Grabbed both of the G-Hill Monster Christmas shoes from Melrose on the BOGO. Arrived today, and they're amazing. Couldn't pass up both pairs for $85 shipped. Mary is SUPER easy to work with, and just great with customer service all around.

Peace,
J

Got my Blue TP9-II's in yesterday from eBay. Timing was perfect as I play pickup games at my church on Wednesday nights. Smaller full court (4 on 4) and the floor is VCT tile. The shoes were great! Had to be broken in, but once they were, they felt awesome! Gradient Dual is a great cushioning system!! I'm 6 ft 170, play guard. Driving to the hoop and I am a shooter. Like a shoe that's light, but responsive. These felt great!

Traction was pretty good but I think the clear sole on my TP9-I are better. Never wipe those, these I did a little. Overall, another solid shoe from Peak!! I'll use them next Wednesday and see if they will be even better being more broken in. Gotta track down the Blue/Green III's I posted a pic of below now. Just gotta find them somewhere. These shoes are serious especially for the money I paid which was $59.99 plus ship! Well done Peak!!

^^^ Nice pickup - have the same colorway and love them, but I agree, like the 1 more. My 3's should be here tomorrow or Monday. Whites coming in.

I bought the black 3 a month or so ago but hibasketball sent me a half size too big due to them saying Anta sizing might have changed, I don't know. I asked to give me $30 back instead of shipping it back to them. Trying to sell it so I can get another pair but no luck so might just wear thick socks and wear them casually.

They are kinda on the heavy side. Other than that pretty much everything else the same as the 2s. Actually the dead space on the top of the toes and bowing is still kinda there.

Hey buddy, I think Peak's sizing changed and here is why I say that. I bought my TP-1 from Footlocker (on sale) in a size 11.5 (they run half size small). On the box, a US size 11.5 is a Euro 45. When I ordered my 2s from the seller on eBay, he showed an 11.5 (Euro 45) in stock (sweet). When I got them and tried them on, they felt tight in length (odd), but I could wiggle my toes. Didn't feel like the 1s. Checked the box, the Euro 45 size is now a 11 and not an 11.5. WTF!!!

So I've played in them for 3 weeks (I play one night a week for over an hour). I can't wear them! With them being too short, my big toe on each foot was going to get blisters on the knuckle had I kept using them!

So this past week, I went back to the 1s. Way better fit. Kinda bummed as I was really looking forward to the 2s. Hope the sizing inconsistencies don't affect the 3s as I really want that pair I posted a picture above of. Hey Brian, on the pair of 3s you got, can you post a pic of the box label? Here is the labels of the 1's and 2's (Euro size same but US is different). Peak shoes are really great to play in, but its messed up that they can't keep the sizes the same.

Haven't gotten my 3's in yet. Rep said two weeks ago he would ship and then texted this week he forgot. Still waiting.

TP4. About time they went low.

^I dig...

looks like a no non-sense solid low.  I've held out on the TP series simply since I've had plenty of other pairs in rotation, but I need to give the line a shot.

You should. I'm pleased with their cushion and traction the most. The TP line's upper on the top of the toes has always been sloppy though so hopefully whatever material is used on the upper (mesh with fuse?) is more form fitting. The support cage on the heel seems great for a low. Hopefully it's a solid piece and not flimsy plastic.

I have always had a bubble/buckled material at the base of the laces/over the toes. And this size 12 they sent me is about a size bigger than I need.

I'm tempted at those lows but sort of want to hold out for the 4s

Be careful on sizing.
