This too. Don't waste time aiming down the sight first. Just start shooting from the hip and transition into ADS.

The matchmaking sucks in this game. Yeah you see random people but for maybe a split second. They should have a option to put you in a random fireteam.

the higher the number is better for all. the green ones get upgrades
