Destiny Thread (Bungie) - 9/9/14

just got my ps4 saturday and ive been playing destiny with my cousin who is a 34 and he has me ranking up wild quick. my titan is a lvl 20 already but im noticing that i dont really have any mission bounties everything is just crucible, does it stay that way?
 
Bought the Gjallahorn from Xur and was happy. Then got greedy and bought the Exotic arm decryption, hoping for hunter armor...Ended up with a titan arm piece. Such a waste of my coins. lol.

Theres new ones everyday at reset which is 2am pst/5am est

got my second gally last night and wasn't even remotely pleased. I've ran over 350 strikes and hopscotch pilgrim has yet to drop for me. I've seen it drop only 3 times.

Destiny is definitely not the first game to charge you for the DLC. Keep mentioning CoD and they are notorious for charging you for repackaged maps from older CoDs and a couple of new ones. Also, the pre-order to get xp bonuses, extra guns and camos, etc.

I play CoD, BF, 2k, Madden, etc....but I don't see how anyone can play a sports game for 500+ hours. People say Destiny is repetitive, sports games are literally the same thing over and over

Calling out @Quad Jr.......Quad, your nephew was with me and @Ohleo running ToO yesterday. We are 3-0 and going on our 4th game. First round we win and notice he was quiet. After the 2nd round, we struggle but edge it out. Then we notice Quad was still in the back. Then we get "Quad has left your fireteam"

. He could've at least said something real quick. Although....I think I started hearing Mrs. Quad talking to him and the mic went to mute, so I am not sure if he got throat chopped again or something

This **** still boggles my mind when I see you guys post this stuff man, and I literally got 2 on back-to-back Dragon strikes with Zero and Biggie

Granted, Zero, Biggie, Frost, or anyone else that I normally run with has one either, so I guess that day I was extremely lucky with it

Had a decent match yesterday running with Quad and Ohleo (before he bailed on us in ToO

). Figured I would post it up. I was using the @ThEpRoMiSeDlAnD & Wavez method of running Lucky Raspberry chest piece with the Gunslinger class to always have my trip mine up. Found me a blue helmet with all INT and Grenade kills give you super energy to pair it with as well
