I need to take two steps back.Shotta is looking at the vanilla Destiny instead of the Taken King disk .....so people are starting to receive the copies in the mail and looks like all physical editions of the Taken King comes with a vanilla Destiny disk, so how will Amazon determine if its the actual Taken King or vanilla Destiny we are trading in? ...b/c I do plan on sending them my Taken King disk and my already redeemed voucher.
And its one code for all 3 DLC's, so DLC's cannot be sold separately.

People are saying the taken King non digital version is just the same disc we already have along with a code for the dlc inside of the package
If this is true, then all one would need is the digital code since we already have the original disc
Trade in the new disc with its packaging
This is all based on the confirmation that the 2 discs are identical.

Man we stayed on the go the entire time. It was a crazy weekend and they both won so it was
in my books. I think I get what you are saying now about the TTK download and install. Ultimately it is just a download for everyone that they have to get from the PSN or XBL stores. That I could see, but it would still be dumb as hell for them to do that. Pretty much defeats the purpose of having a physical copy. Just sell codes on their own website or on the online game stores for all that

It is dumb, very dumb actually. People who pre-ordered the physical collectors edition is pretty upset that the copies they are recieving is simply the vanilla disk with digital codes, as they thought their disk would have special art and at least be listed as "CE" on the disk.
