See I dislike running Crucible unless I am with a team or at least 1-2 more people. Too many people there run with 2-3 people and I hate getting someone down to 10% health and I get killed because his buddy is shooting me from the side. That's the thing I hated about the Thorn bounty, sometime I get into a roll and get a 3.0+ k/d ratio, other times it's .80 and it's just frustrating.

Yea I feel you on that. Running up on a squad def sucks sometimes. Especially if your team isn't at least competent enough to make it a close game.

I played 2 games and had 98 points, and I was thinking to myself that this was going to be easy.....From 100 to 300 was so damn frustrating and time consuming! Shout out to Zero hanging with me last week and helped me knock it out though. You being able to have a void primary was so nice I am guessing man.

Oh speaking of that, how is the Epilogue with the stability perk on it now?

It eats Minateur shields like nothing and between the stability perk for shooting constantly and then the 2nd round of updates to add even more stability it's great. Doing level 24 strikes, I could take out a Minateur with one clip completely from 100% shield to dead. It has great range too for an AR so in PvP I was able to get people when they could barely touch me from a distance. It's a chainsaw, as Zero puts it, but it's a god damn good one. I almost don't want to touch my hard light anymore and I love that gun, but I also love my ice breaker. When we do Antheon this Thursday. I have a good strat so we all get my weapons of buff. The 33% damage buff is going to be necessary since we won't be able to cheese him anymore. But with that + the relic bonus we should be able to do huge damage with ice breakers and our primaries.

I'm only level 6 lol. But I'm lvl 3 with Future War Cult and New Monarchy. I'm about to turn lvl 2 with Dead Orbit. And I'm not even level 2 in Crucible though.

I knew it was something crazy like that, lol

It is too easy to level the other factions up once you equip their item. With everything going towards it, it takes no time.

I am so high with Crucible because that was all I really ran until I linked up with the NT guys more. I hated playing missions and strikes solo, so I would just PvP.

I meant to post that I WAS going to buy a Scout rifle, but with you and @Zero23 trying to leave me in the dust, I need to buy a rare scooter before anything else

 I resisted the temptation to buy one and am sitting on 45 strange coins and a hoopty. Determined to get the raid one so I can use it as an exploding projectile.

@Quad  This is the strategy @krazyblunts  was trying to get us to do. Seems simple enough. Whoever is level 28 should try to level up and at least get your weapons fully leveled up for max damage to offset the level damage penalty. Also so you don't get one shotted.

This seems simple enough though. Didn't realize we didnt have to kill the legions between the waves. We can just jump into the hole where the spirit bloom is and hide until the wave is over and jump out when needed. Protect Center conflux, hide in cave. Protect left and right, hide in cave. Protect all three, hide in cave. Then when it's time to do the oracles, wipe and 4 stay up top and pick off the 5 and the other two pick off the 1 hidden on the left. Then wipe and only relic holder jumps down for Templar while all others stay up and take out oracles/kill Templar. Relic Holder takes out the hidden one on the left, kills harpies, and then when super is ready shoots down shield. Then wait up back and do the same thing over again.

I'm down to try this tonight. I bet we could at least get to Atheon with this.

And BTW, Thorn is the best PVP gun IMO. Even though the mag size is small, Two precision hits timed right and they either insta-die or if they run the DoT kills them. Most people running with Suros or other Auto Rifles get outclassed by Thorn. The key is to keep the fight at mid-range at all times. Cant rush in or you'll die. Pick and choose your battles wisely. I've been wrecking the crucible with Thorn. I can only imagine what they will do to buff it. Hoping a larger mag or much faster reload speed. 

HONESTLY, THORN IS MY FAVORITE GUN IN THE ENTIRE GAME. KILLS WITH IT ARE JUST SO SATISFYING.

CHEESE IS NOT NECESSARY FOR ATHEON ON NORMAL. IT'S ACTUALLY EASIER TO JUST BEAT HIM REGULAR WAY. REALLY ONLY NEEDED FOR HARD MODE. IF YOU AREN'T RUNNING WITH AN "A" TEAM, IT'S DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE.

Jk , but seriously, I would be overwhelmed upgrading all of those. The amount of farming for mats :x.Bungie should really patch in patrols rewarding materials like it says on the mission screen, or better yet, enemies dropping mats from the planet they're on.

Hell, at this point I'd take enemies dropping spinmetal, spiritbloom, etc. over engrams any day
