Destiny Thread (Bungie) - 9/9/14

Huge shoutout to royceduh5nine and BaamYoo for helping me get 9 strange coins, copped the Suros, gun is bananas. Also got legendary leg gear :pimp:

6 ways that I'm aware of.

1: do the raid
2. buy legendary armor and discard it
3. do daily level 28 or 26 missions
4. do public events, a chance at dropping + as a reward in the mail for your first golf of the day
5. do nightfall, a chance there but if you get it you'll be depressed since your teammates probably got an exotic
6. receive a legendary or rare engram and decode it, it can be obtained that way.
 
serious problem going on with destiny being caused by us vets and you newbs. many of you guys are at high levels but have no idea what you're doing because we (the vets) keep pushing you through the game. dudes are like level 26 asking about what the weekly gives or how to get strange coins? thats not good for real. and im not singling any one person out but its something i notice on here, gamefaqs, and the destiny boards. an increasingly high % of high level players....dont know ANYTHING about the game at all. they just get pulled through, get armor they didnt earn and be happy to see their level increase.

ish needs to stop. fundamentals....

TRUTH... Gotta learn them fundamentals for real, there's levels to this ****... It's not just a FPS... There's different factors that go with success in this game.

Also I STILL haven't done the raid or nightfall smh. So idk the benefits of getting raid gear and exotics as a reward :/ lol

And one more thing I hate that focused fire on the Suros when it comes to PVP smh. Had to switch back to the Vanquisher for that. Ill keep it for PVE tho. That gun is still tough

get off your pedestal bro. many of us have careers, families and lives and dont sit around playing all day or reading multiple forums and watching youtube about destiny :smh:
 
Bungie got dudes playing the same levels over and over to "level up".

Fundamentals? Lol sure. Getting to 20 doing the missions was fun.

I'll wait for the DLC.

we can see the rustled jimmies from here. its always fun watching who outs themselves when no names are called but they get offended. i got a wife 2 dogs a career and a 2nd job. but i still understand how to get some strange coins

no excuses to be level 23+ and still ask questions about fundamentals. its simple.

you and the rest of those who got butthurt need to try to understand the game youre playing instead of relying on other players' backs to carry you through.

Honestly other that the raid zero and em did with 2 guys being lvl 24 and 26, I don't see much "carrying" being referenced in the thread. There was that one dude that asked to be put in a raid at the end so he could flourish tho :rofl:

Its really not that serious though, I'm glad I dont play with you.

Anyway..got Super Good Advice and Bad JuJu bounties done, they are not very good right now.

Also got my 3 characters to 28 and up and can do the raid 3 times a week on hard for the double rewards :pimp:
