In PvP it is THE handcannon. 2 precision shots and with the DoT you move on and they die while running away.

Everyone and their grandmother will power level a second character just to do another weekly if they release it. Plus, it would make HM VoG a joke.

jp, i said it yesterday in the chat that destiny is the glitchiest game ive played in a loooooooong time. and as more time goes on, it gets worse. 2 weeks ago i broke down a legendary scout rifle... AND GOT SHARDS.
