Guys I just got these in. The yellow on the sole has started to show which is good I think. Few things that were odd to me though

1. No sz sticker inside either shoe on the sole.
2. The inside of the box doesn't have the blue/purple stamp
3. The right shoe was laced all the way to the top
4. The widows peaks(three of them on each shoe) the middle and both sides on the front of the patent leather
5. Build dates on tag are 1/16/13-2/4/13, like 3 weeks
The serial number on the box matches the tag though
Edit: oh and no tissue in the box, it might have been taken out though because there was that bubble wrap in there

Real or GM guys

whats up bro. these are grey markets. look at the widow peak cuts on the leather. and the laces are laced all the way up which is what grey market fakes usually do come.

Is it possible that some Retail pairs have the peaks. I'm almost positive my 11 low Varsity/White has the peaks

I was more worried about the sz12 sole stickers missing, along with the tissue in the box, and the top lace laced through.

The seller is faxing me a receipt from Nike that they say will match the RD and their name will be on it same as the box they mailed them in.

100% these are GM?

legit pairs doesnt come laced up all the way. if these are deadstock, why would the seller lace both pairs all the way up to the last lace hole

box looks a bit to shiny too, and theres no QC stamp

Fakes/ Rep sites bubble wrap their "authentic" kicks before they send them out to buyers

Look at this LC, everything is the same as mine, peaks, dates, lace holes.
http://niketalk.com/t/597034/legit-check-11-low-tuxedo

The left shoe was the only one that was laced to the top. The box is identical to all my other low boxes(4 total) except for that stamp inside. Dude has sent me (well his wife) the FNL receipt.

I'm tripping because I checked all the other Tuxedo LC threads and there is two pair in the LC's here that had the peaks, and all of the Tuxedos I've seen have had one lace all the way up, and one in the next to last.

The date on the other shoe is 1/16/14-2/4/14 and that is identical to this Legit pair here(with same peaks)

I've already told the seller I'm not able to authenticate these and that I believe they are not a retail pair.

I'm trying to get her to admit they are GM and either send them back, or keep them at a well discounted price for a comparison video for the GM thread.

Thanks for all your help as always cashm0neyand1 cashm0neyand1

I'm not sure about these. Something is rubbing me the wrong way, but I can't put my finger on it exactly. The shape looks weird, and it has lots of widows peaks, but it's also a size 12. Larger size shoes sometimes look funny. The carbon fiber looks really glossy, I think it's supposed to be more dull. I'll look back at some other l/c forums on here to see if I spot anything.

Why don't you take pics of these next to one of your other 11 lows. Sometimes it's easier to tell if real or fake when you are comparing them side by side.

I haven't seen a GOOD rep of these yet. Reps have come A LONG way but The "perfect" replica's I've seen of this shoe are far from it... One look at the 23 or carbon fiber is a giveaway for even a NEWB. The pair pictured here doesn't look bad IMO.

they have "unauthorized authentic" pairs of these with real carbon fiber plates. they look almost exactly like the authentic pairs.

super perfect and perfect pairs dont have real carbon fibers

Shoe on right is a Tuxedo compared to Concord, Nightshade, Varsity, and Infrared.

I'm leaning towards legit. I'm now looking for a second pair though, to compare. I've decided to keep these and skip the positive/negative eBay comment for as long as I can, and I now have them on to test comfort. Will keep new info I find posted

View media item 1175742 I only comment on shoes I HAVE when it comes to legit checks and I know about but Don't mess with "unauthorized authentics". Real c/f plate or not the SHOE is FAKE! These look good IMO but I'm only human so mistakes can be made. View media item 1175750 my retail c/f looks off also and I KNOW mine are legit. There are no red flags on this pair.

^^^thanks. Man I put in some heavy legwork authenticating this pair(mine). When I started looking at sizes that don't get repped by the China sites, sz 14/15/16's and they all the had the same widows peaks as mine, and lace tips as mine, and short production dates, it was a wrap on authenticating them.

Thanks for all who helped me here, much appreciated.!

Look, I'm no expert and I don't have this 11 low BUT I have received pairs of Jordan's & Nike shoes that have Widows peaks (triangle marker things)

- Widows peaks are used as tools for centering leathers etc. It might just be a QC problem. Some shoes they leave them on and others they cut them. Sometimes they don't even use the widows peaks on the keying template (cut out pattern for pieces before shoe is put together) so it just depends on  jb/nike manufacturing process.

I also have 2 pairs of white/royal nike air revolutions. 1 pair has a few widows peaks and the other pair only has one widows peak. The nike air is also messed up on the back AND the dates on the tags are different EDIT: Oh, And they both came from Footaction ordered at the same time. This is just one example of many I personally have experienced.

Have a legit Jordan 1 with a different date and a month production date so idk man. The shoe world is weird right now. Euro box tags are different? and asia releases weird stickers so everything isn't always the same as the other.

At first Glance I thought they were legit but who knows with how popular these 11 fakes have been.

Just my 25 cents lol -SD

As a lot of us know or should know some releases do have small widows peaks on them. It's the ones that are either huge or not supposed to have them like bred and royals are what raise an eyebrow

These are 100% legit tho

Lol do you think one of these shoes on one foot and a concord on the other would look silly ? since you have both there . I'm finna buy a single tux. Shoe in hopes of finding the right one same size someday
